Harold Ingersoll

Harold Ingersoll is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years in tax, auditing, and consulting. His expertise extends to business valuation, M&A, litigation support, forensic accounting, business value improvement, and succession planning, with over 15 years of experience in each of these areas.

Harold obtained his B.B.A in Accounting from Texas State University (formerly known as Southwest Texas State University) and also attended Lanier High School.

Currently a Partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP, Harold has held various leadership roles in organizations like Austin Asset Management, Bug Guys Pest Control, and Texas Society of CPAs. He also has a background in hospital administration from his time at the United States Air Force.
