Evgeny Bugrov is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in Enterprise Cloud and Security. He possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, cloud optimization, and compliance. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with his aptitude to quickly learn new environments and technologies, make him an asset to any team.

Before joining Google, Bugrov co-founded and served as CEO of Rublix Ltd., owned the role of Lead Cybersecurity Architect at Schneider Electric, and worked as a Technical Product Manager - Cybersecurity at SecuritiNET. He has also held various engineering and project management positions at HaloKwadrat and Guzik Technical Enterprises.

Bugrov’s academic background is in computer security, having earned a Master of Science in Information Security from Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Computer Security, where he graduated with honors at the Far Eastern Federal University. He has also earned multiple cybersecurity certifications, including ISO 27K and HIPPA Cloud Identity.

As Sr. Technical Program Manager at Google, Bugrov leads teams to solve complex problems related to Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), BeyondCorp, Zero Trust, and Context-aware access. He specializes in MFA, Authentication, Authorization, PKI, GCP, and IDaaS, and his ability to bring the benefits of security to solve business issues while managing costs and risks make him an invaluable member of any team.
