Carlos Spadaccia is a seasoned professional in the financial industry, with over 25 years of experience in product management, development, and pre and post-sales. He has a great relationship with various stakeholders, such as brokers, distributors, and independent investment agencies. He has broad knowledge of various investment categories, including Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured Credit, and Equity, as well as the implementation of integration projects with platforms such as SINACOR and FIX 4.2 and 4.4. Additionally, Carlos has experience in leading distribution teams focused on Pension Funds and Institutional Clients.

Currently, Carlos has transitioned to the lighting industry, particularly in LED technology, Solar Heating, and Photovoltaic Energy Projects. Carlos has a degree in Economics and Capital Markets from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas.
