Ilana Esterrich is a highly accomplished professional with a deep understanding of finance, management, and strategic marketing. She holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Strategic Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Multinational Management and Political Science from The Wharton School. Ilana has held several leadership roles and has worked for renowned organizations such as Thomson Reuters, General Mills, and CSC Consulting.

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the American Coatings Association, Ilana is responsible for financial decision-making, budgeting, and financial analysis. She also serves as an advocate for the paint and coatings industry and its professionals, providing support and solutions to legislative and regulatory issues. Previously, she held the position of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer/Chief of Staff at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments.

Apart from her professional experience, Ilana is known for her active engagement in various organizations such as The American Women's Club of Thailand, where she led as President. She has also held roles such as Senior Finance Manager and Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis.
