Justin Kirkey, a seasoned UX designer with a keen interest in systems-thinking and human factors engineering sets out to bring about a delightful user experience while meeting business objectives. With over 10 years of industry experience, Justin has worked with various reputed clients across diverse industries like healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, and consumer-oriented companies like Ford, Jeep, Chrysler, TD Bank, and Metrolinx/PRESTO. Justin completed his BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. He brings a human-centered focus to his projects and has expertise in Journey/Experience Mapping, Service Blueprinting, User Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Style Guides & UI Documentation, and Usability Testing.
