Lauren Worley is a talented and accomplished business professional with a diverse skill set and a passion for process improvement. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Strategy and Marketing Research and a Master of Human Relations with a concentration on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. Lauren is also fluent in Spanish, making her an excellent collaborator with Mexican natives and Hispanics from other cultures.
Her extensive experience includes roles as Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, as well as Project Director and Bilingual Research Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, she has served as Bilingual Supportive Visitation Facilitator at The Parent Child Center of Tulsa, Bilingual Family Support at The Parent Child Center of Tulsa, and Spanish Instructor at Community Care College.
Lauren's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including designing and leading business initiatives, building and presenting compelling business cases, project management, process improvement, leadership consultation, data analysis and reporting, and internal and external stakeholder relationships. With her Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, she is passionate about using data to drive process and enjoys continuous improvement.
