Lydia Dean Pilcher is a decorated independent film and television producer and director, with a vast array of experience in the entertainment industry. As the founder of Cine Mosaic, Pilcher has established an international reputation for her work, with partnerships all over the world, including in the US, Europe, India, Turkey, Africa, and the Middle East. With more than 35 feature films to her credit, Pilcher has collaborated with many celebrated directors, including Wes Anderson, Kathryn Bigelow, and Barry Levinson. Pilcher is also an accomplished writer, co-authoring "The Ms. Factor: The Power of Female Driven Content" in 2016, and an adjunct professor at NYU's Tisch Graduate Film Institute. Pilcher's most significant directorial achievement was in 2018, with her debut feature "Liberté - A Time to Spy," a character-driven thriller based on real-life French Resistance spies. Pilcher continues to establish herself as a leader in the entertainment industry, making a significant impact through her work and as a PGA Women's Impact Network Founder and PGA Green Co-Chair.
