With an MBA from Xavier University - School of Business Administration, Cathy has held several leadership roles in her career, including Vice President of eBusiness at Vantiv and Managing Director of eCommerce at Perficient Inc. During her tenure at Vantiv, Cathy led the company's complete B2B digital customer experience transformation, which included Identity Management, Portal, and Integration technologies. She was responsible for building the business case and roadmap, driving the solutions architecture as well as leading a global scaled agile delivery team to successfully launch a new customer portal. Prior to this, Cathy was responsible for leading Luxottica Retail's complete digital transformation for six major retail brands in optical retail.
