Kenny Starr is a dedicated senior real estate and economic development leader with a passion for stakeholder engagement and outreach. He excels in public finance and public-private partnerships, specializing in market strategy and planning, acquisition and disposition, facilities, and thoughtful leadership, management, and mentoring. Mr. Starr attended Lower Merion High School before earning his B.A. in English Literature from The George Washington University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business. He has held leadership positions across several organizations, including Manager of Joint Real Estate Development at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Radian, Manager of Facilities, Operations & Quality at American Governor Company, and Director of Assets & Infrastructure at Montgomery County, PA.
