Rod Pyle is an accomplished author, editor, and keynote speaker on space subjects. With over 17 books on space exploration and development, he has written extensively for NASA/JPL, Caltech, and other publications. He is the Editor-in-Chief for Ad Astra magazine, the quarterly print publication of the National Space Society. Pyle's nonfiction books focus on innovation, technology, science, and the history and future of spaceflight, making him an authority in the field. As a speaker, he has presented at numerous events for major corporations like IBM Watson IoT conference, BAE Systems, and Northrop Grumman. He is a regular radio guest on WGN/Chicago, KFI/Los Angeles, and Coast-to-Coast AM, among others. Pyle's consulting projects have included the design and writing of the Apollo Leadership Development Experience with NASA's Johnson Space Center. He has a BFA from the Art Center College of Design and an MA from Stanford University, and has held positions at the University of La Verne, the History Channel, and as Co-founder of ReliefSpark.
