Latoya Taylor-Sears is a passionate food enthusiast with over 23 years of experience in food and hospitality management. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism in F&B, Restaurant/Food Services Management from California State University - East Bay. She has managed four restaurant operations inside a food court and 3 third party vendors including Starbucks, Panda Express, and Subway as a Food Court Manager. She has excellent management skills that include receiving a franchised license, monthly inventory, ordering of ingredients and supplies, maintenance request for vendors and operations, Daily FIFO rotation to minimize costs, and logistics management. She has created schedules for up to 15 to 30 employees, and trained FOH and BOH staff on employee and food safety. With a commitment to exceptional service, she has maintained a top-level customer experience and won the top award in R&DE department at Stanford University for Exemplary Service. Latoya is an excellent team player and would be a great addition to any restaurant.
