Alexander Gadalov is an accomplished entrepreneur and inventor in the industrial automation field with 20 years of experience in engineering and 10 years in the automotive industry. Gadalov has implemented numerous R&D projects on welding automation in his company's research laboratory and is rich in expertise and understanding of how to improve efficiency and quality standards of welding processes in heavy industry. Currently, Gadalov is working on a line of standard submerged arc welding solutions based on industrial robots and assembling an international motivated team of developers based on his companies and laboratory.

Gadalov studied Engineer's degree, CAD Systems at St. Petersburg State Technological Institute (Technical university) and has founded several successful companies, including ASG Robotics OÜ, Kvadrat ASG Ltd., and Kvadrat SG Ltd.
