Caitie Sullivan is a highly driven program and product manager who focuses on creating impactful and efficient experiences for those around her. With a background in industrial and organizational psychology, Caitie has honed her skills in project management, user testing, marketing, recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and customer partnerships.

Caitie's education includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She also studied at the Convent of the Sacred Heart.

Her work experience includes roles as a Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, and Program Consultant at SAP, as well as an HRBP Associate at SAP. Prior to SAP, Caitie worked as a Human Resources Intern at frog and as a Regional Site Coordinator at Reading Partners. Her experience also extends to her time as a Division Liaison and Special Projects Assistant, Chancellor's Undergraduate Internship Program Coordinator, MSI Tutor, Senior Campus Ambassador, and SUA Associate Elections Commissioner at UC Santa Cruz.
