Monica Murray, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC), has over two decades of professional experience in strategic planning, finance and accounting, governance, and project management. Guided by her years of experience, she has transitioned from an entrepreneur to a successful CEO, eventually becoming an Executive Coach committed to helping professionals and their teams grow in their life, leadership, and career. Acting on her passion for bettering the business world, Murray established her executive coaching agency, Caratt, to connect with business executives and help facilitate their leadership development. With a focus on talent management, work-life quality initiatives, gender equality, diverse representation on boards, and inclusion, she utilizes her expertise to enable businesses' transition and growth for optimal productivity. Murray's qualifications also include a BComm in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Royal Roads University. Besides being an active participant in various boards and committees, Murray also gives back to the business community by developing annual conferences for business leaders, with an example being her part in the AICPA Global Women's Leadership Summit Planning Committee.
