Sarat Nair is a highly accomplished professional with over 22 years of experience in costing, estimation, proposal writing, preparation of tenders, bidding, contract management, project management, turnaround, shutdown, business administration, and maintenance of Oil Refineries and petrochemical plants in different countries. His diverse portfolio includes successful projects in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, among others. He is an expert in setting and achieving work targets, tracking project activities, and spearheading progress towards desired business goals. Sarat's proactive nature, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle additional responsibility with ease and confidence enable him to work with tough targets and deliver innovative working solutions that exceed customer expectations. Passionate about using his wealth of knowledge to build strong, cross-functional teams that deliver high work efficiency, productivity, and performance at all times, he is completing his Black Belt course in Lean Six Sigma, which will further enhance his management skills.

Sarat has studied L6SBB, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at The Pyzdek Institute. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR Management and Project Management, both with excellent grades, and a Master's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Cost Accounting, Auditing and Accounting, Second Class from the University of Kerala.
