Lee Whitmore is an accomplished education executive with extensive experience in the creative digital media industry, music, audio and video. He has a deep commitment to the role that arts and technology play in developing positive life experiences for children and the community. Whitmore holds an Ed.D. in Music from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Certificate in Course of Exponential Fundraising from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, an M.M. in Education, and a B.S. in Music Education, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Whitmore has held leadership positions at various companies, including Vice President Education, Americas at Focusrite Audio Engineering Limited, Founder at Synchronize Strategy, and Executive Director at GRAMMY Music Education Coalition. He was also the Vice President for Education Outreach and Social Entrepreneurship at Berklee College of Music and Director, Creative Marketing at Avid Technology, among other roles. Whitmore's experience spans education, marketing, sales, music and audio technology, professional development, writing, and speaking.
