Charles Lobeck
Charles Lobeck is a versatile professional with experience in international relations, politics, and non-profit organizations. He studied Political Science and International Affairs at The George Washington University, as well as International Relations and Affairs at Universidad de Sevilla. Lobeck started his career as an Undergrad at Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and later worked as a House Caucus Field Organizer Intern at Minnesota DFL Party. He also gained experience in international development at Visions in Action and National Democratic Institute (NDI), where he worked as an International Administration Intern and Project Assistant respectively.
In addition to his political and development work, Lobeck founded The Global Runoff, an organization dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental advocacy. He has also worked in the hospitality industry as a bartender at Tryst.
Currently, Lobeck is the Partnerships Associate at Democracy Fund, a nonpartisan foundation supporting innovations that strengthen American democracy. He previously worked at The Democracy Alliance, where he was the Program Manager and Program Associate in Partner Services.
Lobeck has a passion for soccer and has experience coaching at Eden Prarie Soccer Club.
