Kurt Aichele is a strategic-minded senior executive with over 25 years of experience managing organizations across a variety of markets, including non-profit, private, and venture-backed companies. He is a visionary leader with a passion for impacting lives, identifying him as a relationally-focused and innovative entrepreneur with experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and brand management. Aichele is a former executive director and CEO of multiple organizations such as Focus on the Family, US Fencing Association, and US Corporate Games. Additionally, he's an alumn of the MDiv program at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business's Executive Education program. He combines his extensive knowledge in organizational growth and stakeholder involvement with a deep desire to cultivate community and public relations to catalyze organizational development.
