Monique Debi
Monique Debi is an accomplished educator with a strong background in elementary education and teaching.
She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Elementary Education and Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Morgan State University.
Monique has held various leadership roles within the Baltimore City Public Schools system, including serving as the Director of Literacy, Principal, Assistant Principal, Resident Principal, and Facilitator of Systemic Professional Development-Social Studies.
Her experience also includes roles such as Union Learning Representative Program Coordinator, Family and Community Engagement Specialist, School Family Council Chair, Events Coordinator, Model Teacher, Team Lead, Emerging Leader, and Chief Executive Officer's Summer Teacher Fellow.
Monique has a diverse background in education, having served as an Elementary Educator, Resident Teacher, and Resident Ambassador.
She also participated in the New Leaders Cohort programs, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of education.
