Ben Shen is a finance professional with a diverse background in investing, derivatives trading, and banking. He is currently the Head of Banking Product at Cash App, where he focuses on making banking services accessible and simple for everyone. Shen has also invested in startups like Loop Golf and Mise, and previously led product development for Cash App's rewards program, as well as handled finance and strategy. Prior to joining Cash App, he worked as an investment analyst at Symphony Asset Management and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and started his career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. Shen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Columbia University.
