Used mixed methods to deliver generative and evaluative research, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, diary studies, concept testing, usability testing, competitive analysis, and surveys.

Worked on Facebook's Sharing team, whose goal is to make Facebook the best place for billions of people to share their lives online. Established the rolling research program on the Sharing team, which regularly serves the Facebook teams of Creation, Growth, Camera, Stories, Video, and AR.

Worked on Instagram’s Monetization team, conducting interviews with small-to-medium business owners to discover their behaviors and attitudes and ensure a good product fit with Instagram's newly launched business profile and advertising products. Surveyed the larger business population to validate and expand on the qualitative research findings.

Conduct exploratory research and product-based research with advertisers and publishers who use or don’t use the Chartboost ad network. Work with business, product, design, and engineering teams to present findings and make recommendations.

Designed wireframes, page mockups, and workflows for new functionality. Co-authored a style guide to ensure quality and consistency. Evaluated the usability, functionality, and efficiency of new and existing Yodlee products as well as the redesigned corporate website. Collected user feedback through user testing and adjusted designs to accommodate my findings.
