Pavel Chekmaryov is an experienced People Operations Manager and CEO with a passion for leveraging the power of ML/deeptech to improve recruitment processes. He has studied Systems Science, Information Technology, and Computer Science in respected institutions such as the Internet, Russian-British Institute of Management, and Chelyabinsk State University. Pavel has worked on various organizations, including Iterative, where he serves currently as People Operations Manager. Additionally, he has held several leadership positions, such as CEO of Occur, Izba House, and Minority. Pavel is also a Mamkin Research Scientist at Chair and a former Network Society Research Ambassador in Ukraine. Pavel has written extensively on behavioral models research and reasoning and AGI as a formal model.
