Fiona McDonald has an impressive professional background in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, policy development, strategic thinking, and staff management. She has worked in both international and Australian government environments, where she has demonstrated excellent skills, honed through experience.

Fiona recently worked as the Communications and Engagement Lead during the NSW Bushfire Clean-up Program for the South Coast region. While working in the UK as a Project Manager, she was instrumental in securing multi-million pounds in funding for innovation and legacy projects. She has also led the rollout of several road investment packages in Australia and developed significant policy submissions on competition laws for the Australian shipping industry. Fiona has a passion for sustainable development and infrastructure in Australia and abroad.

Fiona holds various educational qualifications, including a Diploma of Project Management, Graduate Certificate of Public Administration, Political Science, and Government, a Masters of Environmental Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Science. She received her High School Certificate from Mackellar Girls High School.

Fiona has also worked as a Bush Regeneration Officer at Toolijooa Environmental Restoration, a Community Coach at NSW Government – Sport and Recreation, and has held hospitality and customer services roles in various companies.
