Paxton LaZar, a seasoned leader and accomplished producer, has made quite a splash in the video game industry. Armed with a BA in Writing from Loyola Marymount University, LaZar has contributed to some of the biggest names in gaming, as well as online services, UI/UX, scaling engineering, and Dev ops. His vast experience and expertise have led him to be a valuable asset to renowned organizations such as EA, Ubisoft, Google, and Warner Bros. LaZar's impressive roster of past roles includes Vice President, Director of Business Development, and Executive Producer, among others.

Before joining Globant's worldwide team, LaZar worked at Tapjoy, where he played a business development role. Prior to that, he had stints with some of the most significant game developers in the world, such as Warner Bros. Games, Zynga, and Sega. LaZar had led EA Mobile and Jamdat Mobile's production team as a Senior Producer, while also serving as a Director of Digital Content for Sega.

LaZar got his start in the industry working as an Assistant Game Designer for Activision and Viridis, followed by positions as a Producer for Gizmo Games and Black Ops Entertainment, and a Product Manager for House of Moves. His extensive background ranges from developing video games to creating digital content, showing his multi-faceted skills and expertise.
