J'mel Burgos

J'mel Burgos is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in philanthropy, entertainment, music industry, luxury estate management, and public relations. Before joining the Innersight Entertainment Team as a Producer and Marketing Director in 2017, J'mel co-founded and led The 6th of May Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting small nonprofit groups that enhance children's lives by tackling issues like child violence and poverty. Prior to that, she excelled as a Co-Partner at The M Mansions, overseeing high-profile events and as an A&R at Warner Bros. Records, scouting and managing talents. She also played a significant role in organizing the North Texas Music Festival and head Public Relations for TONI&GUY hairdressing brand, producing shows globally. J'mel's academic background includes studying Political Science, Economics, and Political Science at Southern Methodist University.
