She currently serves as the Head of Cider Globally for Heineken NV, having previously held the position of Heineken Ireland Marketing Director for four years. With a Master's degree in Strategic International Marketing from Dublin City University, Sharon has an impressive track record of unlocking growth through clear strategic thinking and driving consumer insights that lead to strong creative ideas and focused action plans.

Before joining Heineken, Sharon spent eight years at Coca-Cola Ireland, holding various roles such as Head of the Sparkling Portfolio and Head of Media for the Irish Business. She kickstarted her career with Gilbeys of Ireland and Diageo Ireland, working on the Spirits Business with Baileys & Smirnoff Vodka. Sharon has been recognized with numerous AIM Awards, including the Brand Campaign of the Year for the repositioning of Diet Coke in Ireland and Marketing Team of the Year for her work leading an outstanding marketing team at Heineken Ireland.
