Senior Housing Development Officer - County of Santa Clara - Affordable and Supportive Housing

Lead the development of over 600 housing units in six projects with a construction value over $550 million. Projects are developed with development partners on County-controlled land. Focus on site identification through developer selection, community outreach, entitlements and financing.

Providing direction on the city's transportation priorities and evaluating 170 potential projects for public input. Mapping out city circulation, infrastructure and priority projects to be funded by revised developer impact fees.

Transportation Master Plan - Oversight and Outreach Committee 

Advisory to the SamTrans policy board. The SMC Transit District administers public transit and transportation programs throughout SanMateo County including SamTrans bus, and Caltrain commuter rail.
