Terry Kalley is a seasoned businessman with over 25 years of experience in strategic, financial, operational, logistics, marketing, and legal aspects of running corporations. His diverse background includes founding a global automotive service industry supplier and serving as Managing Director of Ambassador Overseas Logistics and Global Logistics Strategies. He currently serves as President of Intelligent Trade Labs, Inc., a software company developing an AI-powered platform automating regulatory compliance and customs brokerage in international trade. He has an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa. Terry has a passion for innovation and holds 18 U.S. patents plus additional foreign patents. He was the Chairman of Eastern Michigan District Export Council for 11 years, advocating for U.S exports supported by the U.S. Department of Commerce. He's also a founder and former president of Freedom of Access to Medicines. His expertise assists companies to design and implement their supply chains as well as optimizing their ocean, air, trucking, and intermodal spending. Terry has visited nearly 50 countries, established distribution and procurement globally and lived and worked in the USA, Canada, and South Africa.
