Karolina Rafalo

Karolina Rafalo is a seasoned sales and customer service professional with a background in international and European law. She is currently Head of Sales and CS at Prowly PR Software, a smart PR and content marketing software that helps companies streamline their media relations and improve their PR workflows. Prior to this, Karolina worked as a Senior Growth Specialist and International Growth Specialist at Prowly PR Software. She began her career as an intern at Deloitte Poland, where she completed their Internship Program and Summer Internship. Karolina also served as a member of the Promotion and Communication Departments at INTERACCESS, a technology consulting firm. She has also worked as a fashion reporter at Paper The Underground The Hague, showcasing her writing and storytelling skills.

Karolina’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International and European Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Victoria University.
