In the next 60 days, I contacted potential buyers and negotiated and completed sale of the individual business units. I'm currently continuing work on the wind down of the company.

MoVi Interactive has created a technology platform that solves the problem with today's fitness tracking devices - the lack of an engaging user experience. Through proprietary middleware and a series of immersive applications MoVi improves the user experience, increases device usage, and provides device manufacturers and healthy-living marketers the ability to participate in users' daily health and fitness activity.

CGS Health tailors self-insured health benefits plan for businesses and provides medical stop loss insurance and third party administrative services.  As the first employee to join the company I was responsible for the definition and creation of many of the business functions including Finance and Accounting, Customer Invoicing and Payment, New Business Quoting, Client Services, Human Resources, Payroll, Vendor Management, and Information Technology. I built CGS Health's custom quoting tool which allowed us to quickly analyze a prospective client's employee population and generate a pre-underwriting quote for services. I developed our financial reporting database which enabled us to gain greater insight into the revenue and profitability by client and product types. I built the relationships with our two largest vendor partners from the ground up - established the operating rules and the day to day processes for onboarding new clients, integrating customer and finance data systems, distribution of client communications, invoicing and payment - and had overall responsibility for managing the working relationships with these vendor partners. Designed and managed the development of a custom client service portal for members which was integrated with our internal back-end systems as well as those of our partners and carrier networks.
