Noa Cacharel is a highly experienced international film marketing professional and educator with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She is the founder and CEO of NOA – International Film Marketing, an organization dedicated to empowering international filmmakers through marketing and financing courses. Noa is a graduate of MEGA PLUS - European Master in Audiovisual Management and holds certificates in Business Management, English as a Foreign Language teaching, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Throughout her career, Noa has actively participated in dozens of international film festivals and has worked as an international sales agent and artistic director at prominent international film festivals and events. She has also co-organized and founded several initiatives such as Screens – UnConference on Cinema, TV, Digital & Technology and has provided tailored consulting for strategic projects.
