Andrea Himmel is a successful businesswoman, accomplished athlete, and dedicated philanthropist. With extensive experience in real estate private equity, she founded a $300MM private equity fund in 2016 and now focuses her investments in real estate, equities, start-ups, and energy. Currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at Himmel + Meringoff Properties, she runs acquisitions at one of the largest privately-owned, long-term real estate owners in NYC.

Originally from Horace Mann School, Andrea went on to receive a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. Her background includes experience with Sanders Capital, Brookfield Properties, J.P. Morgan, and Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds.

In addition to her busy work life, Andrea is passionate about volunteering and mentoring, Central Park, theater/shows, and meditation & mindfulness. An ironman triathlete, she is a true believer in the importance of hard work and dedication.
