Edward Ho, an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the fintech and IT services sectors, has established himself as a hands-on and results-driven leader. With an extensive background in global fintech software and IT services operations, as well as P&L management and transaction background, he has a track record of leading successful exits in four different situations. Mr. Ho obtained his MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School and his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science from Columbia University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ho has served in various executive roles at prominent companies, including Executive Vice President & General Manager at DXC Technology, President & Chief Operating Officer, Board Director at Fundtech Corporation, and President (Division), Board Director (US Subsidiary) at D+H Corporation/Global Payment Solutions. He also has experience serving on the board of directors for several organizations, including TLG Acquisition One Corp. and Norwalk Youth Symphony.
