Joyce Tay is a well-experienced entrepreneur and startup community builder from Singapore. She is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at StartupX, one of Asia's largest startup communities. Joyce has a successful track record of launching and running various startup-related initiatives, programs, and ventures. She started her entrepreneurship journey by launching GetAssured for Business, NATIVGO, and BEAMSTART. She later worked as a Programme Director at HyperX Global Sustainability Hackcelerator, The Start Pre-accelerator, and Creative Fellowship. Joyce also served as a Director at Startup Weekend and as a Programme Head at NUS Enterprise. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and has studied at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
