Maricela Pena is an accomplished human resources professional with a diverse background in brand management, advertising, and organizational behavior. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to earn an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Pena is currently an HR Business Partner for NA Supply Chain at General Mills, where she leverages her expertise to develop strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Before this, she held various positions at General Mills, including HR Business Partner for Brand Management, Experience, and Consumer Insights, Associate HR Manager, and Associate Human Resources Manager Intern.

Prior to her time at General Mills, Pena had a successful career in advertising, serving in roles such as Director and Associate Director at Peak AdComm, Inc. and Account Executive at Euro RSCG.

As an HR professional, Pena is passionate about creating a culture of inclusivity, employee development, and collaboration. She has extensive knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
