Arielle Aboulafia is a rising Juris Doctor candidate at the prestigious American University Washington College of Law. Aboulafia has already dedicated her young career to promoting racial and socioeconomic justice, with a particular focus on ensuring minority populations have access to social and legal support for housing and financial insecurity. Aboulafia has been an active member of the American University community, including serving as a junior staff writer for the Human Rights Brief and as a student advisory board member for the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
Aboulafia has also gained practical experience working as a legal intern at the Housing Law Unit at Neighborhood Legal Services Program and as a law clerk for the Baltimore Action Legal Team. Prior to her legal career, Aboulafia gained experience in marketing and sales as a Disney College Program intern and in social services as an intern at the University of Maryland SAFE Center.
Aboulafia's impressive and diverse background has prepared her well to pursue her passion for social justice through the legal profession.
