Jennifer Gottfried is a highly experienced User Experience (UX) researcher and strategist. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Media Studies and Communications. Her extensive work experience with Ipsos in the role of Director of User Experience Research is complemented by her positions as Senior Lead UX Researcher at Ipsos, UX Researcher at Allstate, Senior Analyst- UX Research at United Airlines, UX Lead Specialist, and UX Specialist at GfK. Jennifer is a people person who is fascinated by how they interact with the world and how their thoughts shape their decisions. Jennifer's commitment to the user's point of view and her use of research techniques and methodologies create profound user experiences. Her background in media studies and communication adds to her knowledge of human behaviour and how it impacts experience design. In her past, she worked as an Executive Assistant at GfK and sold merchandise at Walt Disney World and Borders Books.
