I was brought on as a team of one to hire over 50 employees across software engineering, quantum engineering, hardware engineering, and all non-tech roles (marketing, legal, finance, etc.). Eventually, I was able to hire and manage one part-time sourcer to assist with our top of funnel pipeline. I reported directly to our COO and was responsible for partnering closely with the executive team to manage the annual hiring plan and strategy.

Apart from hiring, I partnered with our leadership, HR, and Marketing departments on projects related to employer branding, company morale and culture, and DEIB. As a startup, we had to build many workflows and processes from the ground up, including hiring manager trainings, recruiting metrics, operating principals, and interview guides.

- After working onsite at Rigetti as a Technical Recruiter for 8 months through Ejento, I was offered a full-time position to own all of Rigetti's recruiting efforts!

Technical Recruiter (Onsite through EJENTO)

Previously a Talent Partner on Ejento's Augmented Recruiting team. Provided onsite, end-to-end recruiting support for Software Engineering, Quantum Engineering, Engineering Leadership (Manger, Director, and VP level), Product, QA, Mobile, G&A, etc.

Key Highlights:
-  Developed deep partnerships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations hiring managers to successfully define hiring needs and create appropriate recruiting processes
-  Managed inbound, outbound, and employee referral candidates throughout entire recruitment lifecycle
-  Applied creative sourcing strategies to quickly engage and attract passive candidates (boolean search strings, LI recruiter, Github, Stack Overflow, Facebook, Twitter, Meetups, Hiretual)

Talent Partner - Augmented Recruiting

PIX System is an online platform used by film and entertainment professionals for sharing creative and strategic content and collaborating on every aspect of production and post-production—from casting, script revisions, and dailies, to picture and sound editing and approvals. Launched more than a decade ago, PIX has matured to an enterprise-level provider serving major motion picture and film studios.

Key Responsibilities:
-  One of two in-house full-cycle recruiters building all aspects of the internal recruiting process from the ground up and owning ended to end recruiting process, from sourcing to offer accept
-  Participated in weekly HR syncs to iterate recruiting process and improve performance
-  Built strong relationship with hiring managers to ensure proper execution of recruiting best practices and strategic sourcing strategies
