Siddharth Gadepalli
Siddharth Gadepalli is a data and machine learning engineer with experience in developing data-driven applications using Python, SQL, Hadoop, and Spark based systems in cloud services like AWS and Google Cloud. He is currently working as a Data Engineer at Atlassian and as a volunteer Data Engineer for the United Nations Development Program’s Climate Change Initiatives. Having studied Engineering Entrepreneurship, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and Management, and Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, he has expertise in the field of computer science, engineering, and problem-solving.
Siddharth's career highlight was working on Georgia Tech’s first pair of artificial satellites, Prox-1 and RECONSO, as a lead engineer and subject matter expert. He also worked as an engineer to help build the world’s first record-breaking sport-rocket. As a co-founder and director of TEDxOakLawn, an independently organized official TEDx event, he helped bring together innovative ideas and people.
Siddharth is passionate about giving back to the community and participates as a computer science instructor with the “Code-In-Place” program at Stanford University. He has also taken courses like The Complete SQL BootCamp and Intro to Machine Learning Nanodegree, Machine Learning, A at Udacity.
