Marc Dassler

Marc Dassler is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in eCommerce, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Holding a degree in Diplom Informatiker with a focus on Robotics & AI from Technische Universität Darmstadt and an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam School of Management. Dassler has founded numerous successful startups like Energy Robotics, Sitewards, Busticket.de, and BiteBox, with the latter recognized as the Startup of the Year by Handelsblatt in 2013. His expertise led him to win several robotics competitions, earning him the title of multiple world champion in RoboCup. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Energy Robotics, where he leads the development of the first commercially available platform for autonomous mobile robots in industrial inspection. Furthermore, Dassler has a solid consultancy background, involving significant restructuring projects in both corporate and IT sectors. In his recent role as Head of Digital Platforms at Hilti Digital Marketing Services, he spearheaded the digital transformation efforts for the tool manufacturer, forming a global team of 150 digital experts in Paris and Dallas.
