Rose Marshall is a highly accomplished business executive with extensive experience in helping businesses grow through peer-to-peer collaboration with industry thought leaders. She is the Owner and Principal of Business Model Advantage and GrowYourExports, and is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) with a strong proficiency in evaluating readiness to export and/or help grow the exports for companies.

Rose is a former SVP Marketing at Innovation Frameworks and has also worked in senior management roles at ProDX, Agilis Solutions, Sr. Manager at Radisys, Sequent Computer Corporation, and IBM Systems and Technology Group. She has served as a Judge Advisor & Trainer at ORTOP FIRST Robotics Challenges 501.c.3, and on the Board of Directors at Program Management Forum.

Rose has developed significant Business Dashboards and trained on Adaptable Product Development Processes. She also offers workshops for individual companies and in public settings using Business Models, Innovation Assessment Tools, Preference Testing, and her own "Game Board" approaches to help businesses grow. With like-minded executives, Rose facilitates Executive Leadership Forums to provide confidential settings for enabling executives the time to learn, share practices with others and get feedback on critical issues.

Rose studied MBA at the University of Oregon and a bachelor's degree in Science at Oregon State University. She has also volunteered at SAO.
