One of Kurt's crowning achievements was leading hardware development for the world's first digital video recorder at TiVo. He also championed the 4K BOLT Unified Entertainment Center, winning a CES innovation award and helping to secure $1.6 billion in royalties. Kurt also proposed a 3D Graphics Workstation at Silicon Graphics, which developed into a $600 million business.
