Aaron Hess is an accomplished International Operations Executive and Corporate Strategist. He is well-known for his ability to take on unique and difficult challenges, energized by the opportunity to develop and lead world-class teams. Aaron has extensive experience in operations and services leadership roles in various areas such as strategy development, marketing, international expansion, and services execution.

Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Augsburg College and a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing, and Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. His career started in Best Buy, where he held numerous retail/corporate leadership roles in strategy creation and implementation, marketing, and people development. He later went on to become Deputy Director of Service Operations at Geek Squad, eventually becoming an International Regional Lead for Services (Europe and North America), also at Best Buy.

Most recently, Aaron was the Vice President of the Mountain West Region at The TJX Companies, Inc., responsible for its day-to-day operations. Before his role as a regional VP, he served as Assistant Vice President Director of Store Operations at TJX. His specialties include business development, process improvement, operational controls, retail management, data collection/analysis, people development, strategy creation and implementation, international business, and marketing.
