Hadas Drutman is a multi-talented professional who has worked in a variety of fields, including consulting, retail, media, and politics. She holds a Master's in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's in Film and Television from Tel Aviv University.

Drutman began her career as a producer in the media industry, where she worked as a news editor and fashion producer. She then pivoted to politics, serving as head of media operations and deputy media advisor for the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Afterward, she returned to the private sector as a freelance producer and consultant before joining Glossier, Inc. as a retail experience manager. Eventually, she became head of retail experience for the brand.

Drutman is currently working as a community and culture consultant, leveraging her diverse background to help clients create impactful experiences. She has a passion for using design thinking to solve complex problems and is skilled in project management.
