Ahson Rabbani is a prominent figure in the philanthropic field in Pakistan, having played leading roles at several of the country's largest foundations, including ChildLife Foundation, The Citizens Foundation (TCF), and Aga Khan Foundation (AKF). He is currently the CEO of ChildLife Foundation, which treats over one million children annually by managing children's ERs in all government teaching hospitals in Sindh and Balochistan.
Rabbani has a strong educational background, having studied electrical engineering at both the University of Miami and NED University of Engineering and Technology. He also holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Miami - School of Business and a DBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Before entering the nonprofit sector, Rabbani gained experience working with global companies such as General Electric and Mobil. He served as Country Manager for Automotive Lubricants at Mobil Askari Lubricants Ltd, and as Regional Sales Manager for South Asia at GE International. In addition to his current role at ChildLife Foundation, Rabbani previously served as Visiting Faculty at Aga Khan University and Executive Director - Program Development & Communications at The Aman Foundation.
