Edward Ho, a hardware and power electronics engineer, has a vast range of specialized expertise covering the telecommunications and biotech industries. He holds a degree from the University of Memphis and has worked for numerous established companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Intersil Corporation, ForteBio, Motorola, Astoria Networks, and Raychem/Tyco/Terayon, to mention a few.

Throughout his career, Ho has demonstrated a hardware design inclination for telecommunications equipment and biomolecular interaction solutions. He has designed telecommunication boards concerning but not limited to xDSL, HPNA, T1, E1, Ethernet PHY, and WLAN 802.11a/b/g. He has also designed biotech board-level solutions, including PID temperature controllers, motion controllers, and optical switches.

Ho has been part of numerous substantial products, including line cards, remote terminals, DSL modem (gateway), power entry modules, and biomolecular instruments. He has also provided applications support for customers dealing with compute power design platforms.
