Derek Isley is a seasoned talent acquisition leader in the technology industry, having begun his career in this field back in 2005. With over a decade of experience, Isley has honed his skills in leading teams in large-scale hyper-growth global organizations, as well as managing people analytics and building effective diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies. He recently joined Facebook's AR/VR+ Recruiting Leadership team where he provides leadership, direction and overall strategy to a talented team of sourcers and recruiters focused on developing and scaling Facebook Reality Labs Engineering teams across multiple locations in the US. Isley is a communication and culture graduate from The University of Calgary.
