Jack Campbell is a seasoned professional in the SaaS industry and a passionate Customer Success expert with over 10 years of experience under his belt. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Marketing from Bond University and marketing studies at BI Norwegian Business School, Jack has established himself as an expert in his field. He previously worked as a journalist at News Corp before moving to Meltwater, where he held multiple positions, including Director of Sales and Customer Success in Sydney, Director of Customer Success in San Francisco, and Account Executive Team Lead.
Currently, Jack is the Regional Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Okta, Inc., where he specializes in ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating strong relationships. Jack enjoys being an Aussie expat in Denver with his family, including his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
