Dave's education grounding is just as abundant, having studied Certification Programs, Leadership Coaching, Senior Executive Leadership, and Coaching at Georgetown University. He also studied at Saint Joseph's University, where he completed his M.Ed. in Sociology, Education, Conflict, and Leadership. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Suma Cum Laude, from Ithaca College.

Dave's professional background includes being a former Owner and Chief Instructor at L.I.F.E. Line Self-Defense, Senior Trainer and Curriculum Design at Curtis Lewis and Associates with NASA, Maryland Judiciary, and other agencies. He was also a Trainer at Northern Virginia Mediation Service, Senior Trainer at Center Consulting, and Senior Trainer and Curriculum Designer at Scendis. Before he founded his own company, he was Senior Thesis Coordinator and Instructor at Springfield High School.
