Dealt with cybersecurity challenges, BSA policy and national security threats. Participated in complex, successful sale to Cadence Bancorporation (NYSE:CADE). - Berry College Board of Trustees Berry owns over 27,000 acres of land and has an endowment that exceeds $1 billion. Chair, Finance Committee. Chair, Governance Committee. Oversaw development of commercial tennis center and continuing care retirement (CCR) facility. Led process to select a new Board Chair to a successful outcome, navigating a vague process and highly-contentious debate. - Woodruff Arts Center (WAC) Member of Governing Board. Co-Chair of the Alliance Theatre. WAC is the third largest arts center in the U.S. and is home to the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and the High Museum of Art. - Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Board Chair. Appointed by Governor Nathan Deal. TCSG  comprises 22 technical colleges, 135,000 students and manages a budget exceeding $300 million. Implemented more rigorous audit procedures after uncovering a bankrupt college. - State (Georgia) Personnel Board Board Chair. Appointed by Governor Zell Miller. Oversaw the pension fund, personnel policies, disputes for the largest employer in the state with over 65,000 employees.

Responsible for $554 million in revenue and the second largest concentration of large industrial customers in the state including Shaw, Mohawk, J & J, Beaulieu among others. The Northwest Region of Georgia Power is roughly the same size as Mississippi Power.

VP Region Operations - Northwest Region

Responsible for $7.2 billion in revenue and 2.3 million residential, commercial and industrial customers. Implemented new strategy and organizational design. Developed and implemented a plan to support the emerging market opportunity in Electric Transportation.

One of the first two Work Place Ethics Officers at Georgia Power. Led the diversity initiatives in response to a class action lawsuit related to an alleged racially-charged work place incident. Served on the Leadership Development Council, identifying and supporting high-potential talent.
